Gordon

Gordon enjoyed a 30-year career as a health care administrator at academic and community hospitals, including 11 years as an administrator at University of Wisconsin Hospital and 15 years as Associate Dean for Administration of the UW School of

Medicine and Public Health. He also served for many years as a co-instructor in a Master of Public Health course regarding the American health care system as well as lecturing in numerous courses on health care financing, reform and other topics. Gordon holds a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College and a master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Michigan. Gordon officially retired from the

university in 2014 and remains active in health science teaching.
